Do Poleps Stop You From Falling Pregnet

[Film review] Mary Poppins

Content:
The living children of George and Winifred Banks are real problem children. Because they sell a nanny after another. The parents are desperate and looking for a new nanny. Willingly do Jane and Michael help themselves and think for a display of her dream nanny.
Of course this is not fulfilled the requirements of the banker George. But as luck would have it the advertisement of the children falls into the hands of Mary Poppins. With their self-conscious way, they can persuade George Banks, that it is the right for the job and positions itself as a quasi itself.
The children experience with Mary Poppins and fantastic magical adventure trips. Until the wind turns.

As a child I've seen the movie many times. More or less involuntarily, for one of my best friends loved Mary Poppins.
Very typical Disney, there are many music scenes that are really very funny. The Film is a combination of real and cartoon. The cartoon characters are fantastic especially with the trips of Mary Poppins, used Jane, Michael and Bert.
The age you realize the movie perfectly, although he is a special family movie. Not least because one of my favorite songs: Superkalifragilistikexpialigetisch.
How should it be for a children's film, he is very colorful and you can laugh a lot. A small flaw is that there are few stories about the adventures with Mary Poppins, Disney takes us still in the world of the most unique nanny in the world.

short: A nice family movie from Disney, using very beautiful songs!

Book VS Movie

The focus of the film is more on the adults: Mary Poppins, Bert and George Banks. Less on the children. They seem to be relatively passive. In the book they are even more minor characters, but it does turn more to their adventures.
Mary Poppins in the book has a very sullen, austere and vain. In the film is not quite so extreme over, although noticeable to just these properties when you read the book. On the other hand, it is perhaps a smile from the fact that you see in the film as Mary Poppins. In the book, Banks is
father although somewhat scattered, but not especially severe, he takes off and in time for his children and is also quite nice. In the film, he's very grumpy, very strict, at least until near the end. His work is in the film but quite strong in the foreground. Mrs. Banks also acts in an absent-minded and you do not know exactly what it does all day. The film will be shown that they more often with the suffragettes true, then enters the women's suffrage.

Overall I liked as a Disney fan, of course, the film better. Because he somehow spread a nice atmosphere - and by the music and the animated interludes. However, I was sad that the children are pushed into the background.

My favorite ...
scene ...: The fox hunting - especially Mr. Fox.
put ... in the book: When Nelly Rubina, Uncle Dodgers and bring Mary Poppins to spring to London.
